If you’ve got a float or some sort of moving vehicle, we’ll need to know by TODAY! So don’t delay!** Said Trevor Bartlett, Director of Marketing and Co-founder of the Portsmouth Halloween Parade: “Whether you’re a small business with a loyal following, or a company with a staff of dozens, we want you to form a group to walk together and bask in the fanfare. Wave your flag, hoist that banner! Build a float! We’re hoping to see registrations from neighborhood crews, churches, schools, marching bands, period re-enactors and businesses both small and large…As with our Programming Partnerships, our goal is to always start with ‘yes,’ so fill out that registration form! We want to dance with YOU!” **If you’re marching in the street, freestyle, you’ve got until Monday, May 22 to get signed up.
