PNH 400 Announces Two International Group as “Beacon” Sponsor

Portsmouth, New Hampshire (October 17, 2022) – The Portsmouth NH 400 th (PNH400) Management Team is delighted to announce that Two International Group has made the commitment to be a PNH400 Beacon-level sponsor.

PNH400 Managing Director Valerie Rochon and Community Engagement Officer Susan Labrie explained that the Beacon Sponsor commitment of $10,000 enables operational and logistical planning to advance for the PNH400 signature events including the June 3, 2023 Parade, August 6, 2023 Little Italy Carnival and August 15, 2023 Community Dinner. The idea behind the Beacon Sponsor level is to motivate community members to become ambassadors to build programs, events and projects that will ensure the City’s legacy and ignite its potential. In return, Beacon Sponsors receive logo identification on all PNH400 marketing materials, their banner and signage at signature events including the Parade and Community Dinner (plus VIP tickets to the dinner) and their logo in the PNH400 Commemorative book and calendar.

Two International Group was founded in 1997 to begin development of commercial properties at the former Pease Air Force Base. In the 25 years since then, Two International established its headquarters building at the Group’s address, two LEED Gold certified buildings in 2008 and 2014, a retail building with food court and medical offices, and its first geothermal building (Great Bay Kids’ Co. childcare center) in 2010. Each of the buildings developed for Pease have filled almost immediately. Two International created Harbor Place downtown.

“For the past 25 years – 6 percent of the 400 years of Portsmouth’s history – Two International Group has helped shape the quality of life for the city. Companies large and small are attracted to the Pease Tradeport or to the downtown because we help them find the commercial space and amenities that allow them to recruit top talent. The 14,000 employees now working at the Tradeport live on the Seacoast and support its arts, culture and entertainment options,” said Renee Plummer, Two International Group Vice President and co-founder. “That is why Two International Group is actively involved in giving back to the communities that have given so much to them. Through our outreach, hosted events and involvement on numerous boards, team members strive to support local community and charitable groups. The Portsmouth NH 400th is our focus now and into 2023. It’s part of the legacy we’re continuing to build.”

“Two International Group is a pillar of this community,” said Valerie Rochon, PNH400 Managing Director. “Renee and Dan Plummer are champions of Greater Portsmouth as a magnet for world-class, cutting-edge industries and the people who make this a great place to live. Truly, Two International Group is a Beacon, lighting the way for others to follow.”
